9 ते 15 ऑगस्ट या कालावधीत संपूर्ण देशभरात ‘घरोघरी तिरंगा’ अर्थात ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान राबविण्यात येत असून नवी मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या वतीनेही या अनुषंगाने आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या विविध उपक्रमांचे आयोजन नेटकेपणाने सुनियोजित रितीने करावे व त्यामध्ये व्यापक लोकसहभागावर भर द्यावा असे निर्देश नमुंमपा आयुक्त डॉ.कैलास शिंदे यांनी सर्व विभागप्रमुखांना दिले.

‘घरोघरी तिरंगा’ अभियान अंतर्गत नागरिकांनी 13 ते 15 ऑगस्ट 2024 या कालावधीत आपले घर, कार्यालय, आस्थापना यावर तिरंगा ध्वज फडकवावा व आपले राष्ट्रप्रेम व्यक्त करावे असे जाहीर आवाहन आयुक्तांच्या वतीने करण्यात आले असून त्यासाठी नागरिकांना तिरंगा राष्ट्रध्वज सहजपणे उपलब्ध होण्याकरीता नवी मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या आठही विभाग कार्यालयात सवलतीच्या दरात केवळ रु.10/- इतक्या रक्कमेमध्ये तिरंगा राष्ट्रध्वज उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आलेला आहे.

त्याचप्रमाणे अभियानांतर्गत शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मनात राष्ट्राभिमान रुजावा यादृष्टीने महापालिका क्षेत्रातील विविध शाळांच्या परिसरात 10,12 व 13 ऑगस्ट रोजी ‘तिरंगा रॅली’ काढून राष्ट्रप्रेम व्यक्त करण्यासोबतच स्वच्छता, आरोग्य, प्लास्टिक प्रतिबंध या महत्वपूर्ण विषयांवर जनजागृती करण्यात येत आहे.

त्याचप्रमाणे विभाग कार्यालय स्तरावरही 12 व 13 ऑगस्ट रोजी स्थानिक नागरिकांच्या सहभागातून ‘तिरंगा यात्रा’ काढण्यात येत आहे.

याशिवाय मुख्यालय स्तरावर ‘इकोफ्रेंडली तिरंगा रॅली’ हा पर्यावरणशील अभिनव उपक्रम राबविण्यात येत असून यामध्ये पर्यावरणपूरक युलू ई- बाईकव्दारे प्रदुषणमुक्त देशाचा संदेश प्रसारित केला जात आहे.

त्याचप्रमाणे दि.15 ऑगस्ट रोजी स्वातंत्र्यदिनी सकाळी 8.30 वाजता महापालिका मुख्यालयामध्ये ध्वजारोहण झाल्यानंतर सकाळी 10 वाजता देशभक्तीपर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन करण्यात येत असून त्यामध्ये स्वच्छतेचाही जागर करण्यात येणार आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे ‘तिरंगा ट्रिब्युट’ देत शहीद जवानांच्या कुटूंबियांचा सन्मानही करण्यात येणार आहे.

या सर्व उपक्रमांच्या आयोजनाचा सविस्तर आढावा घेत आयुक्तांनी या उपक्रमांचे आयोजन उत्तम रितीने करावे असे निर्देश संबंधित विभागप्रमुख यांना दिले.

स्वातंत्र्यदिनी महानगरपालिकेच्या नागरी सेवांची ऑनलाईन उपलब्धता करुन देणेविषयीचा सद्यस्थितीचा आढावा घेण्यात आला. तसेच या दिवशी तक्रार निवारण प्रणाली अधिक कार्यक्षमतेने पुनर्कार्यान्वित करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले. त्याचप्रमाणे पेपरलेस प्रशासनाच्या दृष्टीने प्रशासन, आरोग्य, शिक्षण व परवाना या 4 विभागांमध्ये पहिल्या टप्प्यात ई – ऑफिस कार्यप्रणाली सुरू करण्याबाबतही आढावा घेण्यात आला.  

‘मुख्यमंत्री माझी लाडकी’ बहीण योजनेअंतर्गत ‘अंशतः अर्ज रद्द होण्याचे कारण (View Reason)’ जाणून घेऊन अशा महिलांकडून आवश्यक कागदपत्रांच्या पूर्तता करण्याबाबतच्या कार्यवाहीला गती द्यावी असेही आयुक्तांनी निर्देशित केले.

‘मुख्यमंत्री युवा कार्य प्रशिक्षण’ योजनेअंतर्गत नवी मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या विविध विभागांतील 194 पदांसाठीच्या 6 महिने इंटर्नशीपसाठी महापालिका मुख्यालयात 14 ऑगस्ट रोजी विशेष शिबीर घ्यावे व तसे युवकांच्या माहितीसाठी जाहीर करावे असेही निर्देश आयुक्तांनी यावेळी दिले.

अशाच प्रकारे ‘मुख्यमंत्री तीर्थ दर्शन’ योजना यामधील लाभार्थ्यांपर्यंत पोहचून त्यांना लाभ मिळवून देण्यासाठी अधिक व्यापक स्वरुपात प्रयत्न करावेत तसेच ‘मुख्यमंत्री वयोश्री’ योजना देखील प्रभावीपणे राबवून अधिकाधिक पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना लाभ मिळवून देण्यासाठी नियोजन करण्याचे आयुक्तांनी निर्देशित केले.

नागरिकांना ‘प्लास्टिकमुक्त गणेशोत्सव’ साजरा करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले असून त्या अनुषंगाने बाजारात प्रतिबंधात्मक प्लास्टिक दिसणार नाही याची खबरदारी घेण्यात यावी तसेच मखरामध्ये थर्माकोलचा वापर केला जाणार नाही व सजावटीत प्लास्टिक तोरणे, माळा यांचाही उपयोग नागरिकांनी करु नये याबाबत काटेकोर दक्षता घेण्याच्या व तसा संदेश नागरिकांमध्ये प्रसारित करण्याच्या सूचना आयुक्तांनी यावेळी दिल्या.

नियमित स्वच्छतेप्रमाणेच खड्डेमुक्त रस्ते असलेच पाहिजेत असे स्पष्ट निर्देश देत आयुक्तांनी सध्या पावसाचे प्रमाण कमी झाले असल्याने या आठवडयाच्या कालावधीत अत्याधुनिक पध्दती व साहित्य यांचा वापर करुन युध्द पातळीवर रस्ते सुधारणा करावी असे स्पष्ट निर्देश दिेले.

या आढावा बैठकीप्रसंगी अतिरिक्त आयुक्त श्री. सुनिल पवार, अतिरिक्त आयुक्त तथा शहर अभियंता श्री. शिरीष आरदवाड, प्रशासन विभागाचे उपआयुक्त श्री. शरद पवार आणि इतर विभागप्रमुख उपस्थित होते.

Commissioner Dr. Kailas Shinde reviewed the various civil service facilities including door-to-door tricolor campaign

During the period of 9th to 15th August, 'Gharoghari Triranga' i.e. 'Har Ghar Triranga' campaign is being implemented throughout the country and the various activities organized on behalf of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation should be organized in a well-planned manner and emphasis should be placed on wide public participation. Kailas Shinde gave to all department heads.

Under the 'Ghroghari Tiranga' campaign, citizens have been publicly requested to hoist the tricolor flag on their homes, offices and establishments during the period from 13th to 15th August 2024 and express their love for the nation. Tricolor National Flag is made available at a discount price of Rs.10/- only.

Similarly, with the aim of instilling national pride in the minds of school students under the campaign, ``Tiranga Rally'' is being held in various schools in the municipal area on August 10, 12 and 13, besides expressing love for the nation, public awareness is being spread on the important issues of cleanliness, health, plastic prevention.

Similarly, on 12th and 13th August, 'Tiranga Yatra' is being conducted at the division office level with the participation of local citizens.

Apart from this, an eco-friendly innovative activity 'Eco-Friendly Tricolor Rally' is being implemented at the headquarters level, in which the message of a pollution-free country is being spread through eco-friendly Yulu e-bikes.

Similarly, on August 15, independence day at 8.30 am in the municipal headquarters, after hoisting the flag, patriotic cultural programs are being organized at 10 am. Similarly, the families of martyred soldiers will also be honored by giving 'tricolor tribute'.

After reviewing the planning of all these activities in detail, the commissioner directed the concerned heads of departments to organize these activities in the best way.

On Independence Day, a review was made of the current status of making civic services of the Municipal Corporation available online. Also on this day, instructions were given to re-implement the grievance redressal system more efficiently. Similarly, in terms of paperless administration, the introduction of e-office system was also reviewed in the first phase in 4 departments namely administration, health, education and licensing.

The Commissioner also directed to speed up the process of completing the necessary documents by such women by knowing the 'Partially Canceled Application Reason (View Reason)' under the 'Mukhya Mantri Majhi Ladki' Sister Scheme.

The commissioner also directed that a special camp for 6 months internship for 194 posts in various departments of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation under the 'Chief Minister Youth Work Training' scheme should be held on August 14 at the municipal headquarters and the same should be announced for the information of the youth.

In the same way, the Commissioner directed that more extensive efforts should be made to reach the beneficiaries of the 'Mukhyamantri Tirtha Darshan' scheme and also to effectively implement the 'Mukhyamantri Vyoshree' scheme to provide benefits to more eligible beneficiaries.

Citizens have been urged to celebrate 'Plastic-free Ganeshotsav' and in accordance with that they should take care that no prohibitive plastic will be seen in the market and thermocol should not be used in Makhara and citizens should not use plastic pylons and garlands for decoration and should take strict vigilance and spread the message among the citizens. The instructions were given by the commissioner at this time.

Giving clear instructions that the roads should be pothole-free like regular cleaning, the commissioner gave clear instructions that the roads should be improved on war level using modern methods and materials during this week as the amount of rain has decreased.

During this review meeting, Additional Commissioner Shri. Sunil Pawar, Additional Commissioner and City Engineer Mr. Shirish Aardwad, Deputy Commissioner of Administration Department Mr. Sharad Pawar and other department heads were present.
