Akhil Bharatiya Samanvay Baithak (All India Coordination Meeting) of various organizations inspired by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will be held from 5 to 7 September 2025 at Lalsagar, Jodhpur. A total of 32 organizations inspired by the Sangh, along with women workers coordinating women’s activities, will participate. In all, 320 delegates - including 249 office-bearers from different organizations - will take part in the meeting. The proceedings will be guided by the Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale Ji, along with Sah Sarkaryavahs Dr. Krishna Gopal Ji, CR Mukund Ji, Arun Kumar Ji, Ramdutt Chakradhar Ji, Atul Limaye Ji, and Alok Kumar Ji, among other senior leaders, will also be present. The press briefing was addressed by Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar Ji.

During the meeting, all organizations will present their annual reports highlighting the work carried out, experiences, and achievements. Notable participants include the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Vidya Bharati, and SAKSHAM which works for the differently-abled. Discussions will also cover the social and economic situation in different parts of the country, especially in Punjab, Bengal, Assam, and tribal areas of the Northeast. In addition, key themes such as the “Five Transformations (Panch Parivartan)” - social harmony, family awakening, environment-friendly living, self-reliant structures, and the fulfilment of citizens’ duties - will be deliberated upon.

The meeting will review the work done by various organizations regarding the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and explore the way forward for giving the education sector a positive direction. Efforts to connect tribal communities with the mainstream, along with the positive social changes taking place, will also be assessed. Preparations for the centenary year of the Sangh (2025–26) will be discussed. From 2 October 2025, on Vijayadashami Day in Nagpur, the Sarsanghchalak will guide the inauguration of the centenary programs. From that day onwards, swayamsevaks across the country will celebrate Vijayadashami at the mandal, village, and basti levels. The centenary year will witness Hindu conferences, home contact drives, harmony meetings, intellectual gatherings of prominent citizens, and youth programs across Bharat.

It is noteworthy that this meeting is not meant for passing resolutions but rather serves as a platform for dialogue, coordination, and inspiration among organizations. Based on the ideas and experiences shared here, each organization will independently decide its future course of action. Against the backdrop of the recently concluded program of the Sarsanghchalak in Delhi, this meeting is seen as an important opportunity to further accelerate efforts to take the Sangh’s thoughts to all sections of society.
