राजघाट गंगा आरती स्थल पर जिलाधिकारी डॉ राजेंद्र पेंसिया की अध्यक्षता में गंगा समिति जिला पर्यावरण समिति जिला वृक्षारोपण समिति का आयोजन किया गया

सम्भल : विकासखंड गुन्नौर के बबराला स्थित राजघाट गंगा किनारे गंगा आरती स्थल पर जिलाधिकारी डाॅ. राजेन्द्र पैंसिया की अध्यक्षता में जिला गंगा समिति व जिला पर्यावरण समिति /जिला वृक्षारोपण समिति की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। नमामि गंगे के अन्तर्गत गंगा ग्रामों में कार्यों की प्रगति ओडीएफ, ओडीएफ प्लस एवं ओडीएफ प्लस प्लस पर अपर जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी से जानकारी प्राप्त की गयी। ठोस अपशिष्ट लाने वाले नालों की पहचान वाले बिन्दु पर अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पंचायत बबराला ने वाटर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट को लेकर जानकारी प्रदान की जिस पर संबंधित को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। कृषि विभाग से अर्थ गंगा के विषय में जानकारी एवं जैविक उत्पादों को मार्केट तक पहुँचाने के लिए क्या योजना है उसको लेकर जानकारी प्राप्त की गयी उपनिदेशक कृषि ने बताया कि स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं द्वारा दुकानों के माध्यम से जैविक उत्पादों की बिक्री तथा व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप के माध्यम से अधिक लोगों तक जैविक उत्पादों को पहुंचाने की योजना है। नरौरा से गढ गंगा तक गंगा नदी में क्रूज चलाने जिसमें राजघाट बबराला तथा अनूपशहर , हरी बाबा धाम घाट भी शामिल रहेगा उस पर भी चर्चा की गयी। क्रूज संचालको को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।महाकुम्भ के लिए गंगा एक्शन प्लान को लेकर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। डंपिंग साइड गुन्नौर में चिन्हित करने को लेकर भी आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। राजघाट पर सफाई व्यवस्था वेंडिंग जोन को लेकर जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारी को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि राजघाट पर सफाई व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा एक वेंडिंग जोन भी बनाया जाए तथा राजघाट पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा की भी व्यवस्था की जाए द्वारा राजघाट बबराला का प्रत्येक कोना सीसीटीवी कैमरे से लैस हो।इसके उपरांत जिला पर्यावरण समिति एवं वृक्षारोपण समिति की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया बायोमेडिकल वेस्ट को लेकर जानकारी प्राप्त की एवं संबंधित को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।वृक्षारोपण के अंतर्गत जियो टैग को लेकर भी विभाग वार जानकारी प्रदान की गई और शीघ्र ही जियो टैगिंग की प्रगति बढ़ाने के लिए निर्देशित किया वर्धमान नदी के पुनरुद्धार के संबंध में भी आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए । इसके उपरांत गंगा आरती का भी आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी गोरखनाथ भट्ट अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रदीप वर्मा , प्रभागीय वनाधिकार अभिनव राज, जिला विकास अधिकारी राम आशीष, उप जिलाधिकारी गुन्नौर आनंद कटारिया, डिप्टी कलक्टर निधि पटेल, नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष बबराला हर्षवर्धन एवं संबंधित अधिकारी कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

Sambhal: A meeting of the District Ganga Committee, District Environment Committee, and District Plantation Committee was organized under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Dr. Rajendra Pansiya at the Rajghat Ganga Aarti site, located on the banks of the Ganga River in Babraala, Development Block Gunnor. The progress of works under the Namami Gange program in Ganga villages, including ODF (Open Defecation Free), ODF Plus, and ODF Plus Plus, was reviewed with the Additional District Panchayat Raj Officer.

Regarding the identification of solid waste-carrying drains, the Executive Officer of the Nagar Panchayat Babraala provided information on the water treatment plant, and necessary directions were given to the concerned authorities. The Agriculture Department shared details about the "Arth Ganga" initiative and plans for promoting organic products in the market. The Deputy Director of Agriculture explained that women self-help groups would sell organic products through shops, and also reach more people through WhatsApp groups.

The proposal to run a cruise on the Ganga River from Narora to Gadh Ganga, including Rajghat Babraala, Anupshahr, and Hari Baba Dham ghats, was also discussed. Necessary directions were given to the cruise operators. Additionally, instructions were provided regarding the Ganga Action Plan for the upcoming Maha Kumbh and the identification of a dumping site in Gunnor.

The District Magistrate directed the concerned officials to ensure proper cleanliness arrangements at Rajghat, establish a vending zone, and set up CCTV cameras at all corners of Rajghat Babraala for enhanced security.

Following this, a meeting of the District Environment Committee and the Plantation Committee was held. Information about biomedical waste was discussed, and necessary directions were given. Regarding tree plantation, information was provided on geo-tagging, and the departments were instructed to accelerate the progress of geo-tagging. Directions were also issued concerning the revival of the Vardhman River.

The meeting was followed by the Ganga Aarti. On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Gorakhnath Bhatt, Additional District Magistrate Pradeep Verma, Divisional Forest Officer Abhinav Raj, District Development Officer Ram Ashish, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Gunnor Anand Kataria, Deputy Collector Nidhi Patel, Babraala Nagar Panchayat President Harshvardhan, and other concerned officials and staff were present.
