Admissions of the Students standard 1st to 8th will be given without giving exams

Corona cases are rising steadily. Schools and colleges are remained closed since the first lockdown in 2020.

Students have not been to the school since online teaching has been started for this academic year. In many districts of Maharashtra, large class schools were started by the end of the year 2020. But the actual school of pre-primary and primary classes did not start.

Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad said, keeping everything in mind the students from Standard 1st to 8th will get promoted to the higher standard without giving Exams.

The decision is still pending for the students of 10th and 12th. The students are saying not to keep the exams offlines due to the rise in covid cases. Varsha Gaikwad said she will not let offline exams happen considering the present situation.
