Police arrested fellow artist Sheejan Mohammed in actress Tunisha Sharma suicide case. A case of abetment to suicide has been registered against him.

Tunisha's postmortem took place at JJ Hospital in Mumbai in the early hours of Sunday. In the initial reports, the cause of death is said to be suffocation. Tunisha committed suicide by hanging herself on the shooting set on Saturday. No suicide note was recovered from the spot.

According to the police FIR, Zeeshan had broken up with Tunisha 15 days ago. Tunisha was under stress because of this. Police has produced Sheejan in the court today. She is seeking remand. However, Sheejan's lawyer says that all the allegations are baseless.
